This will be done at your property, so that we can gain an understanding of the current structure as well as to discuss the needs of the job at hand. Throughout this process, we will ask you a range of questions, all of which are specially designed to provide you with the best possible experience and outcome

CHECKLISTS
Our home automation design will be based completely around the needs that you have given us. Our specialist team will design how your new smart systems will work inside your home, from every wire to the devices themselves. After we have created a design that is best for your house, our specialist team will begin working with your electrician to assist with running the cables within your home. Our team will work both hard and efficiently to ensure that all cables are set at the standards that we have agreed on. On completion of cabling the checklist is signed off and the next phase can begin.
FINAL STEPS
After your system has been successfully installed and tested, we will begin programming. We will set up and programme every device so that it is ready for you as soon as we are completed at your home. A few days after the home automation installation in your new home, we will teach all members of the household how to use the smart home apps and touchscreens that we have installed to your home. We make sure that every member of your home fully understands the way in which the equipment can be used. We will provide you with some notes on the selected system, however we believe that you will know how to use it without them. After completion we allow for a site visit to ensure that everything is running the way it should. If you have had any issues whatsoever, we can make any necessary adjustments and changes.
